100 grams red caviar
150 grams hot smoked sturgeon
100 grams butter
1 cucumber, sliced
300 grams stale white bread
Directions
Cut the crust of off the loaf of bread and then cut the loaf in half lengthwise
into 1/4" thick slices. Cut with a cookie cutter or knife into different shapes. Shapes
might include circles, triangles, squares or strips. Fry the shaped bread on both
sides on a greased pan until they turn crispy. Butter and then put a piece of cucumber,
sturgeon and some caviar on each shape. Fasten with frill or sword toothpicks.
