150 grams red caviar
5 hard-boiled eggs
200 grams lightly salted salmon
1 diced red onion
100 grams white or brown rice
1 head green leaf lettuce
mayonnaise
Directions
Cook the rice. Place the rice into a strainer and rinse it with cold water. Cut
the eggs, onion and salmon into cubes. Mix the rice, eggs, onion and salmon together
with mayonnaise. Cover the bottom of serving dish with lettuce leaves and place
the mixture on the leaves. Top with a layer of caviar.
