Tsar’s Eggs with Salmon Caviar

Ingredients

10 hard-boiled eggs
70 grams red caviar
100 grams mayonnaise
240 grams cod liver
1 teaspoon capers
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise, separating out the yolks. Cut the yolks and cod liver into very small pieces. Then mix together with mayonnaise, pepper, capers, sugar, and half of the salmon caviar to make the filling. Load the egg whites with the filling even to the edge. Top with remaining caviar.
