120 grams soft cheese
200 grams sour cream
100 grams red caviar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh or dried dill
1 red onion, sliced
1 hard-boiled egg
crackers or bread for serving
Slice the egg into small pieces. Whip the sour cream and the cheese until the consistency
is uniform. Carefully mix together all of the ingredients except onion and egg in
a bowl and cool in the refrigerator. Decorate with slices of egg and red onion.
Serve with bread or crackers.
