Layered Salad with Salmon Caviar

Ingredients

6 hard-boiled egg whites
4 boiled potatoes
150 grams aged cheddar or Gruyere cheese
300 grams canned calamari
150 grams red caviar

Directions

Using a coarse grater, grate all ingredients into separate bowls. Then layer in the following order on a serving plate.
Between each of the layers, spread a thin coat of caviar.
1. Calamari
2. Mayonnaise
3. Egg whites (of three eggs)
4. Mayonnaise
5. Two potatoes
6. Mayonnaise
7. Half of the cheese
8. Mayonnaise
9. Repeat 1 through 8
